Led by Erik Ruehr, VRPA Technologies, Inc. is proud to support the future growth of Merced County through the Virginia Smith Trust Specific Plan Traffic Impact Study. This 654-acre project, located adjacent to University of California, Merced, envisions a vibrant mixed-use community with over 3,500 homes, more than 800,000 square feet of commercial space, and over 60 acres of parks.
VRPA Technologies, Inc. prepared the Transportation Impact Study, including:
