City of Visalia Shirk Street Capacity Enhancement Project

🚧 Exciting Project Update from VRPA Technologies, Inc.! 🚧

We’re proud to partner with the City of Visalia on a major improvement project along Shirk Street, from School Avenue to Riggin Avenue. This effort will enhance safety, improve mobility, and upgrade critical infrastructure in one of the city’s key corridors.

What’s coming:
🔹Additional travel lanes to improve traffic flow
🔹A new center turn lane
🔹Buffered bike lanes for safer cycling
🔹Upgraded traffic signals & new street lighting
🔹New sewer and storm drain infrastructure
🔹A brand-new signal at Doe Avenue & Shirk Street

Our team is working alongside @NV5 and City staff to keep residents and businesses informed throughout construction.
