WTS- Central California Chapter Luncheon

Great conversations at the WTS- Central California Chapter Luncheon this past week, highlighting the impactful work happening across the South Valley.

We were pleased to hear from Trisha Whitfield, Public Works Director for the City of Tulare, who shared updates on a range of active projects shaping the community. Leslie Blair, Senior Civil Engineer, provided thoughtful insight into ongoing efforts to better understand and develop solutions to mitigate bicycle-related incidents—an important step toward safer, more connected streets.

Leslie Binsacca Caviglia, City Manager for the City of Visalia, also spoke about key initiatives and projects driving progress and growth in Visalia.
