Measure T Renewal Implementing Guidelines

Measure T Renewal Implementing Guidelines

VRPA Technologies, Inc. is proud to have partnered with the Madera County Transportation Authority (MCTA) in the development of the Measure T Renewal Implementing Guidelines, which were officially adopted on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 by the MCTA Board. These Guidelines establish the framework for administering the voter-approved Measure T Renewal program, a 20-year local transportation investment program expected to generate approximately $440 million for transportation improvements throughout Madera County.

The Guidelines provide detailed procedures for funding allocations, project eligibility, reporting, oversight, accountability, and implementation of programs supporting local streets and roads, regional transportation improvements, transit services, and administration. They also establish processes to ensure transparency, fiscal responsibility, and public oversight as Measure T investments are delivered throughout the County.

We appreciate the opportunity to work with the MCTA Board, local jurisdictions, stakeholders, and community members to help implement this important transportation funding program that will improve mobility, safety, connectivity, and quality of life for Madera County residents for decades to come.
