Big news! 🎉 The City of Tulare’s Inyo Avenue Corridor Streetscape, Placemaking & Revitalization Project has officially been awarded to Zack Urban Solutions, Inc., VRPA Technologies, Inc., Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. (EPS), and Urban Advising Collective to help shape a more vibrant, connected, and people-centered future for Inyo Avenue.
