Caldwell Widening and Improvement Project

🚧 Project Update: Roadway Improvements in Progress! 🚧

We’re excited to share progress on a major infrastructure improvement project, the Caldwell Widening and Improvement Project, that will enhance safety, accessibility, and connectivity for our community.

The project will transform the existing roadway into a four-lane divided roadway, featuring:
🚴‍♀️ New bike lanes
🚶‍♂️ Sidewalks for improved pedestrian access
💧 Drainage upgrades
🌿 Center medians & street landscaping
💡 New street lighting for increased safety

Construction is ongoing on a weekly basis and is anticipated to continue through Summer 2026.

In collaboration with Vanir and the City of Visalia,VRPA Technologies, Inc. is actively managing communication efforts by providing text message updates to keep the community informed every step of the way.
