2026 Valley Voice Washington, D.C.

Congratulations to Georgiena Vivian, President of VRPA Technologies, Inc., who organized and represented the San Joaquin Valley in Washington, D.C. as a coordinator for the San Joaquin Valley Voice for the San Joaquin Valley Regional Policy Council.

The Valley Voice initiative brings together leaders from across the Valley to advocate for shared priorities at the federal level - amplifying the needs of the Central Valley in conversations around transportation, infrastructure, air quality, and economic development. Through coordinated outreach and engagement, this effort helps ensure that the Valley’s voice is clearly represented in national policy discussions.
