Employee Spotlight: Jason Vivian

Meet Jason Vivian, one of VRPA Technologies, Inc.'s Civil Engineers!

Jason joined VRPA in February 2024 and brings nearly 20 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has worked on roadway, bridge, and emergency relief projects, with expertise spanning project management, design, permitting, funding, right-of-way coordination, and construction oversight.

Prior to joining VRPA, Jason managed Tulare County's bridge program, giving him valuable insight into every stage of public works project development.

✈️ Fun Fact: Jason has loved airplanes since he was a kid and has worked toward earning his private pilot's license, with dreams of one day owning his own plane.
