Hydrogen Infrastructure and Facility Master Plan

We’re thrilled to share that, in partnership with WSP, VRPA Technologies, Inc. was selected to develop the Hydrogen Infrastructure and Facility Master Plan for the City of Fresno/FAX!

This forward-looking project will create a phased roadmap to guide FAX’s transition to a zero-emission bus fleet—laying out the technical and financial steps needed to build a scalable hydrogen fueling facility that supports operational needs, meets California’s clean-energy mandates, and reflects community priorities.

As a proud subconsultant to WSP, VRPA Technologies, Inc. will lead the public engagement process, ensuring that community voices shape the vision and values behind this transformative investment.
