Full Speed Ahead: The California High-Speed Rail Authority

VRPA Technologies, Inc. recently attended an important update hosted by the California High-Speed Rail Authorityfeaturing CEO Ian Choudri, Emily Morrison (Chief or Contracting), and Catrina Blair, MBA (Chief of Small Business).

The discussion went beyond a standard project update and focused on the broader vision for California’s infrastructure future, particularly how high-speed rail is shaping long-term connectivity across the Central Valley.

This roundtable highlighted key priorities including public–private partnerships, small business participation, workforce development, procurement processes, and equity in project delivery.
